* OTE based on productivity: 4 jobs per day → £48,000 per year
* 5 jobs per day → £60,000+ per year

Essential Experience
* FTTP / Fibre / Broadband engineering experience
* Openreach or alternative network experience
* Telecoms background (current or previous)
* Able to work independently in the field
Desirable (Not Essential)
* SA001
* SA002
* NRSWA 01
* S7 - Pole Climbing
* S8 - Working at Heights
