We are seeking a result-driven Account Manager to expand our customer base around Belfast and nearby areas.
Your role as an Account Manager
Your focus will be on introducing our solutions and products to potential new customers by listening carefully and asking the right questions. As part of our newly established Hygiene sales division, you will be responsible for growing our customer base in your region. You will enjoy convincing various companies to form sustainable partnerships with us. Additionally, you will maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key responsibilities as an Account Manager
* Actively generate new leads and reach out via cold calling
* Prospect confidently, negotiate prices, and close deals
* Prepare tailored quotations and contracts to secure customers
* Plan and track activities using our CRM system, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
* Offer sustainable, value-driven solutions in health, hygiene, and cleanliness
* Build and nurture B2B relationships from initial contact to long-term partnerships
* Stay informed about customer needs and market trends, supporting sales strategies with targeted campaigns
