We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our client as a Marketing and Communications Manager.
Our client designs and delivers premium, design-led acoustic and workspace solutions that bring creativity and functionality together. As they continue to grow across their brands and international supply chain, they are evolving to ensure excellent and progressive brand presence across the market.
The role is based at the head office in Beaconsfield (Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm) with occasional travel to their London Showroom).
Reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Business Development, we are looking for a strategic marketing professional with experience working in a fast paced environment, ideally from san innovative and dynamic brand.
Responsibilities:
Develop and drive marketing strategy in collaboration with the senior team to support future sales growth and visibility across all brands.
Strengthen and evolve brand presence for all product lines with consistent, design-led messaging.
Deliver growth-focused campaigns targeting global B2B buyers: corporate offices, designers, architects, coworking spaces and workplace strategists.
Oversee content creation across blogs, case studies, social, video and product storytelling, supporting individual narratives for each brand and collective unity for the wider umbrella.
Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, announcements and partnerships.
Analyse performance data to optimise digital campaigns, events, partnerships and overall brand visibility.
Coordinate with designers, videographers and photographers to ensure top-tier creative output.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, presenting insights to senior team with actionable recommendations.
Support product launches and new category rollouts with strong go-to-market plans.
Ensure the brand stays ahead of international industry trends and competitor movements.

Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Comfort with AI tools, automation and modern productivity tech.
A proactive, commercially driven approach; always hunting for growth opportunities and being able to translate these into viable marketing campaigns.
Leadership capability to guide creatives and cross-functional teams.
Desirable
Experience with outbound sales lead-generation platforms such as Instantly and Clay, with a focus on creating targeted emails designed to maximise high-level response.
Background in office furniture, interiors, workplace design, architecture, or related sectors.
Shopify, GA4, SEO and/or PPC experience.
Understanding of B2B sales cycles and ABM strategies.
Experience with video production or creative direction.
