Executive Assistant to High-Net-Worth Entrepreneur
About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the founder, a globally-minded entrepreneur with extensive business interests across multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity for a sophisticated professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and excels at building meaningful relationships.
This role offers the rare combination of high-level executive support with extensive international travel, fully expensed, primarily between Switzerland and the UK, with additional travel to key business destinations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted right-hand to the founder, managing complex international schedules, high-priority appointments, and sophisticated travel arrangements across multiple time zones
* Act as a professional liaison, cultivating and maintaining relationships with business contacts, partners, and stakeholders within the founder's extensive network
* Coordinate seamlessly across international jurisdictions, demonstrating cultural awareness and diplomatic communication skills
* Prepare high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for business meetings and strategic discussions
* Manage confidential information with absolute discretion, particularly regarding business dealings and personal matters
* Handle administrative functions including correspondence, data management, and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail
* Anticipate needs proactively, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
* Maintain flexibility to travel at short notice and work across different time zones when required
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals in an international context
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships across diverse cultures
* Strong existing professional network or demonstrated ability to cultivate meaningful business connections
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages highly advantageous
* Highly organised with superior time management abilities and skill in prioritising competing demands
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Valid UK or EU passport and willingness to travel internationally (up to 75% of time)
* Unquestionable integrity and commitment to confidentiality
Desirable Skills
* Experience with financial record-keeping (QuickBooks, Xero or similar)
* Familiarity with Swiss and UK business practices
* Background in luxury hospitality, private office environments, or international business
