Senior Implementation Consultant
Location: UK - Hammersmith/Hybrid

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join a leading global digital solutions provider and contribute to projects with major clinical trial and life sciences clients. You'll be responsible for guiding the implementation of advanced clinical trial software, leading complex client projects, and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions that improve patient experiences and accelerate breakthroughs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high‑complexity projects, challenging builds, and difficult initiatives at SME level.
Consult with clients, providing guidance on best‑practice implementation of clinical trial software.
Collaborate with project managers and cross‑functional teams during implementation and enablement.
Participate in client governance meetings and contribute to client standards development.
Mentor and support Implementation Consultants, providing oversight and training.
Author, adapt, and validate specifications based on client requirements, including functional test cases.
Support developers and cross‑functional teams during configuration and implementation.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables within project timelines and budgets.
Assist customers during user acceptance testing, resolving issues and answering queries.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and enforce SOPs, processes, and policies.
Own multiple, complex customer‑facing projects and drive process improvements across portfolios.Key Competencies / Requirements
Rave Certification (must‑have)
Experience in building studies (must‑have)
5 years' experience working with clinical trials in an implementation or services delivery role
Expert knowledge of clinical trial processes, data collection, standards, and preparation for analysis
Strong understanding of data management plans and customer specifications
Ability to translate technical R&D features into real‑world client solutions
Solid analytical and technical skills with regard to software applications
Demonstrated collaboration, team‑building, and mentoring capabilities
Strong organizational and time management skills; self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
Experience working to SOPs and adaptable to changing business needs
