Were looking for a passionate and dynamicRestaurant Supervisorto join the Brasserie family.In this key role, youll take the lead in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that exceeds expectations. Your Role in our Family:
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management
Supervise, train, and inspire the Brasserie team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to the Brasserie is memorable.
Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service.
Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.
Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks.
Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
A minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
Proficiency with Micros systems is a plus.
A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
A passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
