About the Role
You’ll lead and coordinate SEN provision across the school, working closely with a small team of dedicated teaching assistants and a highly skilled clinical support team.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading on all aspects of SEN provision, ensuring compliance and high-quality practice.
2. Managing and supporting a small team of teaching assistants.
3. Acting as the designated teacher for key meetings with parents, governors, and external professionals.
