About The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Contract Manager to take full ownership of a standalone, multi‑site contract. This is a senior, high‑impact role with accountability for end‑to‑end service delivery, financial performance, client relationships and people leadership across a diverse portfolio of sites.
Acting as the single point of accountability, you will be a trusted partner to the client and the driving force behind operational success. You will lead from the front, balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement, to ensure services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, KPIs and SLAs.
You’ll take full ownership of the contract’s P&L, managing budgets, driving efficiencies and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and commercial performance. Alongside this, you will build strong, senior‑level client relationships, confidently leading performance reviews, governance meetings and resolving any issues with professionalism and pace.
A key part of the role is leading and developing your on‑site teams. You will create a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement, ensuring consistent standards across all locations. Regular site visits will be essential to maintain visibility, drive performance and support your teams.

About You
You are an experienced Contract or Regional Manager with a strong background in facilities management or a service‑led environment, and a proven track record of managing multi‑site operations.
You bring strong commercial acumen, with experience owning budgets, controlling costs and delivering against financial targets. You are confident managing senior client relationships and are comfortable acting as the main escalation point, handling challenges with professionalism and credibility.
As a leader, you are people‑focused and results‑driven. You know how to motivate and develop managers and teams, set clear expectations and drive high performance while maintaining a positive and inclusive culture.
You are highly organised and detail‑oriented, with a strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs and performance frameworks. You are confident using data and reporting to make informed decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
You also have a solid grasp of compliance, including health & safety and employment legislation, and understand the importance of maintaining high standards across all aspects of service delivery.
Most importantly, you are proactive, resilient and solutions‑focused, someone who takes ownership, builds strong relationships and consistently delivers results across complex, multi‑site operations.
