We support frontline aviation operations, providing logistics, warehouse, and administrative support for the T2 Hawk programme at RAF Valley.
The role
* Provide hands‑on logistics, warehouse, and administrative support across the supply function.
* Maintain accurate stock control and support accurate issuance and receipt of parts.
* Support internal customers and external suppliers.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
* Issue serviceable and unserviceable items to internal customers and external vendors to meet operational demand.
* Receive serviceable and unserviceable items into stock, including first‑time receipts and repaired items.
* Control and move restricted items in line with UK and US legislation.
* Use stock management systems (IMS) and Microsoft applications to place demands and record transactions.
* Support stocktaking, tool control, and accurate filing of all supply documentation.
Full‑time, onsite role, working 36 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 08:00–16:15, Friday 08:00–16:00).
Medical examination is required as a condition of employment.
Essential experience
* Experience working in a logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environment.
* Understanding of stock control, receipts, issues, and inventory management.
* Accurate handling of systems, documentation, and procedures.
* Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Qualifications
* GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) in Maths and English.
* Full, current UK driving licence.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance.
