The role
We are looking for a Senior Chartered Accountant with strong UK practice experience from your last role to take ownership of a portfolio of clients.
* Preparing year-end accounts for companies, partnerships, LLPs, and sole traders
* Preparing corporation tax and personal tax computations and returns
* Reviewing accounts and tax work before submission
* Meeting with clients to discuss their accounts and answer queries
* Preparing VAT returns and reviewing bookkeeping
* Liaising with HMRC and handling client correspondence
* Ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements
You will work independently, managing your own workload and portfolio, while being part of a collaborative practice.
Who we are looking for:
* Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) - essential
* Minimum 3 - 5 years of UK practice experience
* Comfortable working fully remotely, with your own dedicated office space
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confident in communicating directly with clients
