Overview
Would you like to join our Cyber and Technology Practice Group? Our ambitious team is looking to hire a new member to join the Cyber Practice Group within the UK Retail division. You will be part of a global insurer, servicing accounts efficiently and flexibly, supporting peers to meet client demands, and aiming for renewal retention and growth in cyber insurance and cyber risk management.

How You\'ll Make An Impact
* Develop and implement regional strategies for cyber risk management and insurance solutions aligned with company objectives.
* Deliver comprehensive cyber insurance reviews and tailored risk management solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, claims) to ensure smooth delivery of cyber services.
* Build and maintain client relationships, assess cyber risk profiles, and advise on risk mitigation and risk transfer strategies.
* Engage with clients and Gallagher executives as appropriate, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
* Identify and act on new-business opportunities, using judgment to recommend them when appropriate.
* Stay informed about cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and standard methodologies to keep offerings competitive and relevant.
* Conduct training and workshops for clients and internal teams to improve understanding of cyber risks and insurance solutions.
* Represent the company at industry events to promote cyber capabilities and thought leadership.
* Monitor and report on regional performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
About You
* Holding/working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII
* Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
* Extensive expertise in the cyber insurance sector, including a strong network, experience in cyber risk management, and a deep understanding of cyber threats, risk assessment methodologies, and insurance products
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal collaborators
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Ability to travel within the region as required
