We have multiple openings, full-time and part-time, for passionate educators who can deliver high-quality, workplace-focused learning. Subjects we're recruiting Essential Skills (English, Maths, or IT) ICT Painting & Decorating Bakery If you haven't tutored before but have a relevant degree or strong industry experience in any of the above subjects-and the passion to move into tutoring-we'd love to see your CV. What you'll do Plan and deliver engaging, outcome-focused sessions to diverse learner groups Support learners to achieve qualifications and workplace competencies Track progress, assess work, and maintain accurate records Work collaboratively with employer partners and internal teams to ensure great learner experiences What you'll bring Recent tutoring/teaching, training, or assessing experience (work-based learning welcome) Strong organisation and communication skills; able to motivate learners Confidence working with employers/learners in professional settings A genuine passion for helping people progress in their careers (Teaching/assessing qualifications or occupational competence are welcomed-please detail any you hold, e.g. QTLS/PGCE/CertEd/TAQA-or relevant industry experience.)
