Regulatory Paralegal, 18‑month fixed‑term contract, 12+ months’ experience, London/Hybrid, salary GBP 34,000–36,000. The Role
The appointed paralegal will support the preparation of cases for review panels and tribunals by gathering evidence, organising case files, and producing clear, high‑quality documentation, while also attending hearings and coordinating with legal representatives, witnesses and tribunal staff to ensure proceedings run smoothly. The organisation operates within a hybrid working arrangement, with at least two days a week in the London office, with added flexibility to attend team and company events.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be adept at analysing and summarising documents, managing evidence bundles, and applying knowledge of rules of evidence and administrative law. Strong organisation, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently under pressure are essential. Experience in regulatory frameworks, handling complex cases, drafting correspondence or witness statements, and tribunal participation is highly desirable.
