Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is seeking a highly organised Senior Contracts Administrator to support the Digital Industries’ Customer Services team. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure service contracts are processed, renewed, and maintained to the highest standard — keeping business operations efficient and customers satisfied.
Imagine This (Job duties):

Managing the Full Contract Lifecycle: From processing new orders to handling renewals and service credit quotations, you'll be the go-to person for contract management excellence across 400+ software agreements annually.

Mastering Documentation & Data: You'll maintain accurate customer records, contract files, and internal databases (SAP, JPS, ticketing systems), ensuring information is always audit-ready and up to date.

Frontline Support: Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, coordinating responses and ensuring timely issue resolution in line with SLAs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with service sales, engineers, and coordinators to meet shared targets. You’ll also support and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Process-Driven Approach: Follow step-by-step guides, manage tickets, review T&Cs, and validate payment terms — with full onboarding support and the flexibility to grow at your own pace.

Commercial Insight: Handle invoice queries, credit checks, PO issues, and contribute to monthly reporting and compliance efforts, supporting Siemens’ commitment to operational excellence.
What You Need to Bring (Experience required):

Proven experience in a customer service, administration, or contract processing role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
A keen eye for detail and comfort working with structured processes
*
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
*
Basic experience with SAP or similar systems (Desirable: JPS or internal ticketing systems)
*
A collaborative mindset and ability to learn fast
*
