This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Advisor, based in Newark-On-Trent at our head office location. There are 4 newly created positions available.
Shift work:
Covering 7am - 7pm for 4 rotations
4 days off
7pm - 7am for 4 rotations
4 days off

The role involves delivering high-quality technical and customer support services, including resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries efficiently, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and contribute to a seamless support experience. Working in shifts, the candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills to provide a positive experience for clients.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills for clear and empathetic communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a shift-based environment and adapt to varying schedules.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is an advantage.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting tools is a plus.
Immediate start
Salary £24040 plus an additional £3000 shift allowance
