What You'll Be Doing
This isn't just "back-office admin" – you'll be at the heart of how our nurseries run. You'll:
* Take charge of invoicing, fees, and funding claims (EYPP, DAF, Local Authority).
* Turn raw numbers into insightful Excel reports that help us make smart decisions.
* Keep our financial data sharp, clean, and compliant.
* Work closely with Directors and Managers to support budgeting and planning.
* Be a friendly, professional point of contact for parents with billing queries.
* Play a key role in keeping us on top of Ofsted, EYFS, and Local Authority requirements.
Who We're Looking For
We need someone who is:
Brilliant with Excel and data input (if pivot tables and formulas make you smile, we want you)
Experienced in financial/admin work (education/childcare a bonus, but not essential).
Super organised, accurate, and confident juggling multiple priorities.
A great communicator who's comfortable with staff, parents, and external agencies.
Excited about joining a growing business where your role will have real impact.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
