We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineering lead to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the excellence of our technical support operations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our technical support capabilities, improving documentation, and collaborating closely with the engineering manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Operations Analyst to drive efficiency, optimize business processes, and improve operational performance across product development, sales, and service delivery. This role will focus on quote-to-cash workflows, lead-to-cash processes, and enhancing both end-user and customer experiences. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, experience with cross-functional teams, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes, including product development, sales, and service delivery.
* Improve quote-to-cash and lead-to-cash workflows, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.
* Identify inefficiencies in business workflows, recommending and implementing process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, IT, and service delivery, to streamline operations and improve handoffs.
* Leverage Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
* Work closely with product development teams to align business needs with product roadmaps and lifecycle management.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to monitor efficiency.
* Partner with IT to identify automation opportunities that enhance process efficiency and scalability.
* Engage with business leadership stakeholders to align strategies and drive business transformation.
* Improve customer and end-user experiences by addressing pain points in service delivery operations.
* Monitor key business performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Support strategic initiatives by conducting market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
* Assist in service delivery optimization, ensuring efficient execution of business services and alignment with customer expectations.
* Develop and maintain project tracking tools, workflows, and reporting structures to support project and service delivery excellence.
* Work closely with Enterprise IT to assist in the transformation and continuous improvement of business processes.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Operations Research, or a related field OR 5 years of experience in tandem with qualifications below.
* 5+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or service delivery roles.
* Strong understanding of sales to delivery processes, business workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
* Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and performance measurement.
* Experience with CRM, ERP, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, NetSuite, Asana, Jira, Dynamics 365).
* Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and process optimization skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage with stakeholders across departments.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* US Citizenship is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
* Familiarity with financial modeling and business case development.
* Prior experience working in technology-driven or service-oriented businesses.
* Knowledge of project management frameworks, such as Agile or PMP methodologies.
