Administrator – Showroom – Part time – 25 hours per week, £20000 + benefits
Based on the outskirts of Manchester / North Street M8 area
Responsibilities
* Handle correspondence including emails and phone calls.
* Provide high-quality sales and customer service support within one of the UK’s leading wholesale retailers.
* Deliver an excellent customer experience to trade customers, set up and maintain customer accounts, and use the sales dashboard/CRM to support sales performance and reporting in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
* Provide sales and administrative support to internal and external sales team members.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Support sales activity through accurate data entry, reporting, and account management.
* Work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Based in the showroom meeting clients
