Honeycomb is delighted to partner with a Financial Services company to recruit for a Financial Services Administrator to join their busy team based in Belfast. This is a full-time and permanent position.
The Company
Our client is a Financial Services Firm located in Belfast City Centre.
The Role
The Financial Services Administrator will work closely with the Senior Team to carry out a range of support duties, including:
1. Client Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial plans, gather client information, and organize financial data.
2. Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends to support recommendations.
3. Documentation: Help prepare and maintain accurate records of client meetings, recommendations, and financial plans.
4. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications.
Essential Criteria
* Experience working as a Financial Services Administrator in a Financial Services company.
* Strong administrative skills with a passion for working in Financial Services.
* Good IT skills and ability to identify ways to use systems to create efficiencies.
