Making A Difference as a Clerical Officer

As Clerical Officer you will be the first person people see when they come into the Family Hub.

You will support families, staff and a range of organisations to access Family Hub services across the borough.

As part of your job you will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service either face-to-face, via email, telephone or social media.
Working with colleagues to promote our services using a range of media (e.g. social media, posters and display material).
Registering families so they can access the full Family Hub offer.
Providing information to families about services and support they can access within their community.
