What You Will Be Doing
* Exposure to day-to-day operations and managing production and products.
* Identifying, analysing and solving technical shop floor issues.
* Programme and project management, developing problem solving tools and techniques.
* Strategy development and leadership of projects to deliver more efficient and cost effective processes. Application of learning tools with the business, finance and project management using Lean methodologies.
* Driving innovation and cultural change.
* Running various STEM activities and engaging with our Education Liaison team.
* Maintaining and accelerating our push towards Industry 4.0.
Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position. Throughout the two-year development programme you will be developing into your final role within Airbus.
What We Are Looking For
* Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) within Engineering (Aerospace / General / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil), Project Management, Business Studies, Lean, Leadership, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management or Digital / Technology related.
* Strong verbal and written communication in English.
* A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
* The ability to be self-aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
