Working with a well-known Leeds based Law firm who are seeking to recruit a part time Receptionist to join their office support team. The successful receptionist will work 20 hours a week, each afternoon 1.30-5.30 Monday-Friday. Acting as that first point of contact for all clients and visitors, the successful candidate will provide a professional front of house support. Duties will involve;
Answering all inbound calls
Dealing with enquiries
Taking messages
Meeting, greeting, and dealing with clients
Managing all post and courier deliveries
Dealing with meeting rooms and preparing for meetings
Car park bookings
Daily meeting room checks
Assisting with the setup of events
Providing refreshments
Crockery check/Daily checks
Ensuring kitchen is clean and stocked
Ordering train tickets/taxis
Data inputting
Assisting the wider business support team as required
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy and supportive team, this job share role will also require full time cover for holidays. The successful person will have;
Minimum of 2 years reception experience
Experience in either a professional services, hotel or conference environment
Proficient in MS office packages
Excellent communication skills
