The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met to Gooey’s high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working hands‑on in‑store, leading by example
* Driving sales and achieving KPIs
* Delivering exceptional customer service and building loyal customers
* Managing daily stock ordering and forecasting
* Minimising waste through accurate forecasting and strong stock control
* Supporting, motivating, and guiding colleague's on shift
* Ensuring the site is consistently well‑presented and operationally excellent
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment and genuinely loves customer interaction.
You will be:
* Highly sales‑driven with a strong commercial mindset
* Passionate about customer service and team leadership
* Confident working hands‑on and managing multiple locations
* Organised, with strong attention to detail around stock and waste control
* Familiar with Excel packages and comfortable using spreadsheets for stock, forecasting, and performance tracking
* Comfortable working shifts (42 hours per week, 5 of 7 days)
* Experienced in retail, hospitality, or kiosk‑style operations (management experience preferred)
* A driving licence is not required, as all kiosks are accessible via public transport
