* Be on the Ground – Travel regularly to winner door knocks, reveals, interviews, and handovers, ensuring winners feel fully supported throughout their journey.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of 10+ years experience
* A Superior Organiser – You thrive in managing multiple projects, keeping all the moving parts aligned, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
* A Relationship Builder – You’re naturally warm, empathetic, and able to build trust with a wide range of stakeholders, from winners to external partners and internal teams.
* A Strategic Communicator – You know how to craft clear, engaging, and effective messaging tailored to different audiences.
* A Problem Solver – You anticipate roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
* A Storyteller at Heart – You can spot powerful narratives and work with content and PR teams to bring them to life in an inspiring way.
* Resilient & Adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and remain calm under pressure.
* London-Based & Travel-Ready – You’re excited about traveling monthly to winner-related events, including door knocks, reveals, and handovers.

Our hiring process
Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard you’ll have:
1. Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
2. First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
3. On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders – this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
4. Final stage interview with one of our Execs.
On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.
We hire on a rolling basis, so we’ll close the role when we either a) have enough applications to process or b) have hired someone exceptional to fill the position. You’ll hear from us throughout the process, but if you’ve got any questions, please reach out to us at talent@omaze.com.
