Your floating clinic will anchor in the world’s most breathtaking destinations, from the glamour of Monaco and Ibiza to the pristine waters of the Greek Islands.
The Team You will not be working in isolation. Join a highly synchronized, elite medical unit operating under the guidance of a Lead British Doctor. You will collaborate seamlessly with expert Physiotherapists and a hand-selected, Western-trained nursing team dedicated to proactive, concierge-level care.
The Safety Patient safety and practitioner well-being are our highest priorities. This deployment utilizes a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring comprehensive 24/7 medical coverage while mitigating fatigue and guaranteeing absolute clinical precision.

Requirements
* Education: Western-educated BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
* Experience: Minimum 4+ years of recent, high-acuity experience in ICU, ER, or A&E environments.
* Language: Native or C1-Certified English proficiency is mandatory for flawless medical communication.
* Attributes: Adaptable, highly discreet, and capable of delivering exceptional care outside of a traditional hospital setting.
