In this pivotal position you will oversee People and Culture operations across multiple hotel properties, driving our people strategy, ensuring our teams are engaged, inspired, and aligned with our company values. You will develop and implement People and Culture strategies that support our business objectives and promote a high‑performance culture, support recruitment, foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention, oversee performance management processes, identify training needs, coordinate development programmes, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and analyse People and Culture data to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset are essential.
