Overview
An highly organised individual is required to manage this busy reception. You will also be required to carry out clerical and secretarial duties for clinicians within a variety of services. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good all round knowledge and experience of office practices is essential. You should have good typing skills and be proficient in audio typing. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is also required.

* Manage a busy reception and provide clerical and secretarial support for clinicians across a range of services.
Qualifications and Experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good all-round knowledge and experience of office practices.
* Good typing skills and proficiency in audio typing.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Previous NHS or Health & Social Care Partnership experience would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of NaSH or Trakcare would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given.
