Power Platform Developer (All Levels)
The Opportunity
EQL Tech supports leading educational and public sector organizations with large-scale digital roadmaps. We are currently mapping South Wales-based talent for a major regional provider undergoing a significant digital evolution.
This project is not just about building apps; it is about establishing a high-performing, in-house technical capability to replace external consultancy dependencies and revolutionize services for over 10,000 users.
We are seeking South Wales-based talent across a spectrum of roles - from ambitious recent graduates launching their careers to senior architects and specialists ready to lead "greenfield" projects in a modern Microsoft stack.
The Team & Roles
We are currently mapping talent for three core functions within a newly formed department:
* Power Platform Developer & Administrators: Focused on building enterprise-grade Power Apps and Power Automate solutions (e.g., exams booking, legacy replacements) while establishing robust environment governance, security roles, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes.
* Power BI & Data Specialist: A specialist role to lead the rollout of Microsoft Fabric, focusing on executive dashboards, operational MI, semantic modelling (DAX), and data governance.
* Digital Systems Development Lead: A "player/coach" role designed to set technical standards, triage requirements, and mentor the growing in-house team.
