We're looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic Enterprise Sales team and help us deliver outstanding experiences for our customers. This varied role puts you at the heart of our sales operation, supporting everything from compliance and customer journeys to digital marketing initiatives and events. You'll work in a fast-paced, digitally-focused environment where no two days are the same. Working alongside our Marketing Manager and sales team, you'll ensure smooth operations while contributing to exciting marketing campaigns that showcase our developments to potential buyers. What you'll be doing Ensuring compliance with customer journey requirements, following NHQB (New Homes Quality Board) guidelines to deliver exceptional service Managing time-sensitive tasks like customer journey letters and uploading documentation to our portal systems Working with our finance team to raise purchase orders and ensure supplier invoices are processed correctly Supporting the delivery of new digital marketing initiatives and helping coordinate events Managing key administrative tasks including contract checking, price updates, and web portal maintenance Maintaining accurate records and systems to keep our sales operation running smoothly Providing essential support that enables our sales team to focus on what they do best What you'll get in return Beyond a competitive salary of £28,385 and the chance to make a real difference every day, you'll get: 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) rising to 29 days after 3 years Your birthday off as an extra holiday Up to 10% matched pension contribution Free parking at many of our locations Flexible benefits which might include a Health Cash Plan Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for your wellbeing More about you We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys variety in their work.
