Responsibilities
* Support Manufacturing Engineering activities in product design, process design, equipment/tool design, production system design, automated systems, control, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Program 3 and 5 axis CNC Milling Machines, including tool selection, work holding design, and validating programming quality through FAI.
* Create machine setup sheets and operator instructions.
* Improve manufacturing processes, ensure safety, and mentor less experienced programmers.
* Liaise with tooling and software manufacturers to drive continuous improvement.
* Investigate and implement techniques to reduce cycle times and adopt new technologies.

Requirements
* At least 3 years' machining and offline programming experience with CAM software.
* Relevant engineering qualification preferred.
* Experience with lean manufacturing, reading engineering drawings, and strong computer skills.
* Good communication and time management skills; flexible attitude.
Desirable
* Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
