Job Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
* Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
* Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
* Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
* Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
* Handle cash and process payments accurately.
* Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
* Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
* Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
* Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
* Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
