Work Wales is currently looking for adaptable individuals to work as a Food Production Operatives at our esteemed client's Cross Hands site. The ideal candidates will be hard-working, capable of standing for extended periods, and comfortable working in a cold environment. Key Role Responsibilities: Processing raw materials and working efficiently on production lines Machine operation Handling tasks related to moving, packing, stacking, storing, weighing, labeling, and product preparation Upholding exemplary hygiene standards Performing general warehouse duties Desired Experience & Qualifications: Prior experience with machinery operation within a manufacturing setting Knowledge of the critical role of compliance with processes and procedures in ensuring Food Safety and Quality Ability to consistently meet the production and quality standards set by the company Note: Comprehensive training and an induction program will be provided to ensure you're fully equipped for the role.
