Working within the Celox and tipping areas, this role is critical in the collection and reporting of accurate operational data to support both our operational and commercial teams.A Shift - Sunday-Tuesday, alternate Wednesday.
06:30-FinishB Shift - Thursday-Saturday, alternate Wednesday. 06:30-FinishMain DutiesOwnership and responsibility of the FIFO stores and reject areaResponsibility for all tipping area forklift truck drivers and acting as first point of contactProviding an effective and efficient service to tipper drivers at all timesExercising strict internal and external box control systems, liaising with production teams to avoid single boxes and reduce changeoversEnsuring lines are continuously fed with the correct product to minimise downtime using all members of the teamAccurate weighing and recording of second pass material, including regular equipment checks such as weigh scalesFollowing hygiene schedules to ensure the area remains clean, tidy, and visit ready at all timesTaking full responsibility for the area and escalating issues to management when necessaryReporting issues relating to equipment including FLTs and tippersConducting regular team briefsSupporting other departments where required, including forklift truck driver coverLeading the team in line with company policies and proceduresAdhering to all health and safety policies and reporting incidents or near misses through the appropriate channelsCarrying out any other reasonable duties requested by managementYou will receive:Company sick payOpportunity for overtime and overtime bonusesLife assurance coverCritical illness coverHealth and well-being initiativesFree potatoesContinuous trainingFree onsite parkingCareer development opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
