Based in London, you'll join a respected, close-knit team known for delivering innovative, low-carbon design solutions across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and industrial.

The Role
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you'll take ownership of both technical excellence and project leadership, acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead electrical design delivery across multiple projects
* Take overall responsibility for project quality, timelines, and technical standards
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Support business development, including bids and proposals
* Mentor and develop engineers across the team
* Drive sustainable and low-carbon design strategies
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
About You
* Degree qualified in Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
* Significant experience within a building services consultancy environment
* Strong track record of leading projects and managing client relationships
* In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and design standards
* Proficient in industry tools (e.g. Amtech, Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD/Revit)
* Chartered Engineer status (or working toward, ideally near completion)
* Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth
