Role & Company Overview Our client, a UK enterprise software company providing AI-driven automation that helps organisations improve customer service and streamline digital processes, is recruiting for an Application Architect to join the team. You will deliver end-to-end technical solutions, support teams and clients, and drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
* Apply the framework and application features to deliver the end-to-end technical solution for a project
* Act as a conduit between delivery and architecture, assisting technical sales and platform development teams
* Serve as the point of contact for supporting customers with technical issues related to the overall solution and design
* Mentor less experienced colleagues, helping to enable customer implementation resource to align with framework best-practice guidelines
* Assist the technical product owner supporting all teams within the initiative
Requirements
* Able to manage a number of client relationships including the scoping and delivery of complex consultancy projects and services
* Demonstrable experience and understanding of web development technologies, including JavaScript, Python, REST/SOAP web services, HTML and CSS
* Proven use of data technologies including MySQL and SQL Server databases, database schemas, SQL syntax, ETL techniques and best practice, and experience with data integration across multiple systems
* Knowledgeable of network architecture, data security constraints and standards, and ensuring data integrity across integrated systems
* Proactive and highly organized, with ability to deliver to deadlines and remain calm under pressure
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 1 day a week (or 1 day a month, whatever works) from the Bedford offices.
