About the Role:
A new high-end restaurant and bar is looking for a Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead a team of 7, covering all guest communications and booking operations.
It’s a fast-paced, high-volume venue where service standards really matter. You’ll be responsible for making sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest is looked after properly, and the team is sharp, focused, and on point. You’ll also be working closely with the senior team on VIPs, table plans, guest care, and events. So confidence, organisation, and people skills are key.
About You:
* You’ve run guest relations and reservations in high-end venues before
* You’ve got a strong black book of contacts and know how to use it
* You’re confident leading a team and keeping standards high
* You stay calm when it’s busy and keep things moving smoothly
* You’re great with systems like SevenRooms, Resy, or OpenTable
* You know how to make every guest feel welcome, important, and looked after
