We are seeking a passionate Business Analyst to join the Environment Agency, dedicated to protecting and enhancing the environment and tackling the climate emergency. In this role, you will analyze user and business needs, ensuring outcomes align with service vision and business strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders across project and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Team Overview: The Business Analysis Service supports the Chief Regulator Group, leading change initiatives that empower colleagues to make informed decisions and promote sustainable development. We support flexible working to promote work-life balance and reduce our carbon footprint.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Analytical thinking to interpret complex data and processes.

* Proven project delivery within structured frameworks.

Desirable Qualifications:
* Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
* Relevant qualifications and proficiency in analysis tools and methodologies.
* Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
