Our venue is a canvas for couples to paint their perfect day, and we're looking for a dynamic, passionate, and downright awesome Wedding Sales Consultant to join our team.
YOUR ROLE:
As our Wedding Sales Consultant, you'll be the Cupid of Sales, charming couples and helping them say "I do" to our venue. Your mission? To convert our leads into confirmed bookings, achieve sales targets, and establish lasting relationships with engaged couples.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
* Love Struck Sales: Woo engaged couples with your passion for weddings and sales finesse.
* Venue Matchmaking: Showcase our venue like the dream it is, matching couples with their ideal setting.
* Celebrate Success: Dance, cheer, and maybe even ring a bell every time you close a deal
· The serious bit:
· Working with your General Manager and Lead Wedding Sales Consultant to execute strategic sales initiatives and exceed monthly booking targets.
· Contacting and engaging with enquiries and potential couples via email, phone, and external portals to book in venue tours.
· Sending surveys to couples who didn't book with the venue after their tours.
· Attending external wedding showcase events as needed.
· Maintaining accurate sales administration.
· Attending daily and weekly staff meetings as needed.
