This permanent, part-time role is ideal for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 8 years' PQE who is passionate about knowledge management and training within a respected firm. The role involves maintaining and enhancing legal resources, providing strategic insights on industry developments, and developing training initiatives to support fee earners in delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include managing legal databases, leading knowledge-sharing efforts, creating content for workshops and webinars, and supporting business development. The firm are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with Employment Law experience, a minimum of 8 years of practice, strong communication and research skills, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in knowledge management or training would be ideal but not an absolute requirement.
