Up to £35,000 basic | OTE up to £70,000 | Full-time, Permanent
The Company
We are recruiting on behalf of a well established residential developer with a strong presence across East London. They have an exciting pipeline of new homes schemes and are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their on-site team.
The Role
You will manage the full sales process on a new homes development in East London, taking buyers from first enquiry through to legal completion.
Responsibilities
* Managing on-site sales and show home appointments
* Handling and following up on inbound enquiries
* Guiding buyers through the purchase process from reservation to completion
* Liaising with solicitors, IFAs, and buying agents
* Updating CRM systems and reporting on sales activity
* Supporting junior team members on site
About You
* Previous new homes or new build residential sales experience
* Experience securing and exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Knowledge of the East London property market (desirable)
* Familiar with government purchasing schemes
* Professional, driven, and confident representing a premium development
The Package
* Up to £35,000 basic salary (DOE)
* OTE up to £70,000 with uncapped commission
