As Account Manager, you'll be
* Managing and growing a portfolio of digital marketing client accounts through strong relationship management
* Driving sales through account growth, renewals and upsell opportunities
* Supporting new business by leading discovery calls and advising clients on the right solutions
* Translating client needs into clear scopes, proposals and pricing
* Working closely with delivery teams to ensure successful campaigns and happy clients
Your accounts will focus primarily on paid social, paid search and SEO, with involvement in website performance and continuous improvement.
To succeed as an Account Manager, you'll bring
* Previous agency experience within digital marketing
* Strong knowledge of paid social, digital marketing and website performance
* Confidence in sales, business development and commercial conversations
* Commercial awareness with confidence handling invoicing and financial accuracy
* The ability to manage multiple clients while delivering outstanding service
A willingness to continue learning around UI and UX, CMS platforms and technical website processes will be highly valued.
