THE GIG
We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who understands the balance between brand building and business performance. You should be proficient in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, both from paid and content perspectives, and stay updated on emerging platforms. As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you will develop channel strategies, execute plans with country teams, share insights, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to drive performance.
Your main focus will be enhancing brand presence and conversion activity on Paid Social, especially on Meta, aligning with our digital-first social strategy. Collaboration with the trade team to meet demand and traffic KPIs is essential.
* Collaborate with the Paid Social Marketing Manager to implement social media strategies, primarily on Meta, to boost product interest.
* Develop technical digital capabilities, improve ROAS, and surpass revenue targets.
* Conduct audience testing, market analysis, and optimize campaign performance.
* Create and manage campaigns across multiple social channels with real-time adjustments.
* Brief content for paid social channels, adhering to best practices.
* Coordinate with Country Marketing Managers to align social media communications with multi-channel plans.
* Analyze campaign performance using social listening tools, GA, and in-app dashboards.
* Innovate by ideating new concepts, formats, and channels, providing insights based on data and expertise.
* Report regularly to stakeholders to ensure transparency and understanding.
WHAT SETS YOU APART
* Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat Ads Managers.
* Budget management, T&Cs, rights, and data privacy knowledge.
* Understanding of social content formats and platform-specific needs.
* Ability to create social-native creatives and identify trends.
* Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
* Experience with performance metrics and conversion tracking.
* Proficiency in analytics tools like GA and in-app dashboards.
* Experience with content management, testing, and approvals.
