Based at Pullman Road Shop, Wigston, Leicester
15 hours per week working 9.30am to 2.30pm over 3 days between Monday and Friday
Salary £8,923.00 per annum
We are looking for a motivated individual willing to learn and develop new skills, has experience and a passion for selling on e-commerce platforms whilst working in a small team to maximize sales from selling donated items.
Responsibilities
* Assist and support with listing donated items to sell on e-commerce platforms, including e-Bay and Depop, to provide an important source of income to the Charity.
* Pack customer parcels ready for postal collection, photograph and research items, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Deal with customer queries and work with other Ecommerce colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Good communication skills and great attention to detail due to ever changing stock.
* Interest in selling on e-commerce platforms and ability to learn and develop new skills.
