Are you an experienced clinician looking for an exciting new challenge? If so, we are seeking a Clinical Lead to support the district nursing team in the Cambridge East Locality.

The ideal candidate will be an RGN at degree level or with equivalent experience, holding a post-registration qualification relevant to community practice.
The candidate should have a strong team ethic, a sense of accountability, and the ability to work under pressure. This post is suitable for registered nurses with the right attributes to enhance a team.

As a Clinical Lead, you will work autonomously, taking responsibility for care, quality, and clinical activity within our Community Nursing Teams. You will provide advanced, professional nursing leadership, guidance, clinical advice, and input concerning healthcare quality.
You will clinically lead and support the team to recognize, prioritize, and respond appropriately, ensuring the delivery of a clinically effective service that meets the needs of individuals, families, and communities in line with local and national development plans, Trust policies, and procedures.
