STAR Exeter is looking to recruit an EFL teacher this summer (from July 2025) to work at our adult English language centre in the centre of Exeter, Devon.
The role will involve minimum 15 hours of contact teaching hours per week (General English & IELTS) and will be on a rolling weekly contract (self-employed) - starting 30th June 2025.
Timetable: 9:30 - 11:00 and 11:30 to 13:00 (Monday - Friday) and 14:00 - 15:30 (Monday - Thursday)
Essential Criteria
Cambridge CELTA / Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent
Bachelors Degree
Full mastery of English
Essential skills include: Ability to work well within a teaching team and individually, highly effective communication skills, ability to manage own performance
Desirable Criteria
Cambridge Delta / Trinity DipTESOL
2 years experience teaching
Transferrable Enhanced DBS Certificate / Update Service registered
