Job Description: Live-in Carer at Nurseplus

As a Live-in Carer, you will work in a household, usually with one or two clients, becoming part of their daily lives. Your responsibilities will include companionship, personal care, managing complex care needs, and medication administration.
Your role is crucial in helping clients maintain independence and enjoy fulfilling lives, providing peace of mind to their families.

Minimum requirements:
* Ability to build strong relationships and a personable nature
* At least six months of UK-based care experience
* Commitment to caring for vulnerable individuals
* Right to work in the UK
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Enhanced DBS check required
* Confidentiality is essential due to the nature of the role
* Drivers preferred, given client locations
Benefits:
* Weekly pay from £812 to £1,008
* Up to £50 food allowance per week
* Travel allowance up to £150 per booking
* Work in one location, approximately 8-10 hours daily

Placements typically range from 2 to 12 weeks, depending on client needs and flexibility. Example working patterns include:
* 2 weeks on / 1 week off (35 weeks/year, 17 weeks off)
* 12 weeks on / 1 week off (48 weeks/year)
