Band - 3 (£24,071 - £25,674) - increasing to £24,937- £26,598 as per the agenda for pay
Hours - 2x30 hours/week

Base - Dewsbury Health Centre/Princess Royal Health Centre – flexible across Dewsbury and Huddersfield
Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit two enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our busy and challenging Sexual Health Team.
We are a large service covering locations across West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. This role is based in Kirklees, with two 30-hour roles in Dewsbury and Huddersfield, requiring flexibility to cover both locations.
The service provides testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, various contraception methods and advice, referrals to termination of pregnancy, HIV services, and other external agencies and partners.
The post holder will be enthusiastic, willing to learn, confident, helpful, and adaptable to a busy, complex environment. Digital technology is central to our work, with ongoing changes and improvements, so adaptability and a willingness to develop are essential. Attention to detail, teamwork, and confidentiality are key qualities.
Responsibilities include administration duties such as registering patients, updating records on the electronic clinical system (SystmOne), managing requests from colleagues, and answering a busy phone line.
If you have experience in an administrative role and can support the service's flexibility, we are happy to provide training where needed.
