Our engineering team are on the look out for a talented Technical Product Owner to become part of a dynamic team that brings our ideas to life.
What will you do?
As Product Owner;
* Translate product roadmaps into actionable backlog items.
* Refine, prioritise, and maintain the product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate feedback loops between Product Managers, delivery teams, and customers.
* Monitor delivery outcomes and help shape priorities.
* Plan and sequence work across sprints.
As Scrum Master;
* Lead agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews.
* Coach and support the team to embed agile practices and continuous improvement.
* Remove blockers to keep delivery on track.
* Track and share delivery progress through transparent reporting.
* Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.
Our ideal candidate...
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or in a similar agile delivery role.
* Excellent knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
* Skilled in backlog refinement, prioritisation, and facilitation.
* Confident communicator, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Organised, proactive, and delivery-focused.
Bonus points if you also have;
* Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CSM, or PSM.
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
* Exposure to product analytics, customer feedback, or UX collaboration.
