Office Administrator Role & Responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to be based in Warwick.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role (please note, no hybrid or work-from-home options).
Benefits include free parking on site.
Salary ranges from £23,000 to £24,000 DOE, plus bonuses.
Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

The Office Administrator role is highly varied; responsibilities include:
* Entering supplier invoices into the bespoke system, checking for pricing and quantity anomalies, and liaising with Stores if anomalies are found.
* Answering telephone calls from suppliers, stores, and customers.
* Checking customer invoices against Store purchase orders, raising debits and credits.
* Performing additional office-related tasks as required.
Experience & Skills
* Office experience is preferable but not essential.
* Strong work ethic and initiative.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Attention to detail.
