Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will support the development and education of children in our care, ensuring they enjoy a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote learning through play and support each child's individual needs. Main Responsibilities: Support and facilitate children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to planning activities that promote development. Maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements regarding child protection, health, and safety. Requirements Requirements: Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent relevant childcare qualification. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable. Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team and independently. Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
